Project Management Office

SCC’s Project Management Office (PMO) enables us to significantly add value to the services we provide to our Government clients.  This value is achieved through two principles. Firstly, we provide our clients with an ‘end to end’ approach to their projects, ensuring that best-practice is always applied. Secondly, we act as an ‘enabler’ for the reuse of existing solutions already proven by other Government clients. 

The PMO expands on SCC’s current services to offer a complete ‘Packaged’ Service offering.  A Service Offering is a complete solution from planning and scoping tasks through to the implementation of the solution.  SCC believes that it is critical to maintain a level of flexibility and to move with the changing ICT Federal Government market, and the establishment of the SCC PMO has allowed us to do this.
